WirelessLink lookups only matched devices already in the selected racks
(device_ids), so a link between two purely external devices that were
pulled into the topology only as endpoints of unrelated cables (e.g. two
outdoor radios each cabled to something inside the selected racks) never
showed up, even though both endpoint nodes were already rendered.
Now the wireless query also matches devices discovered via the cable
pass (topology_nodes), so links between already-visible external nodes
are drawn too.

Power-cable detection previously relied on cable.type, which is usually
unset for power patch cables (e.g. PDU-to-PDU), so they never got the
distinct color. Power cables are now also detected by termination
component type (PowerPort/PowerOutlet/PowerFeed).
Wireless/power display is now toggled client-side via checkboxes in the
Kabeltopologie card header (before the SVG/PNG/draw.io export buttons)
instead of a server round-trip through the top filter form, so toggling
is instant and affects exports too.
Bump plugin version to 4.5.2.

Adds min_version/max_version to the plugin config for NetBox 4.7.x and
extends the rack view's cable topology with optional wireless and power
cable display, rendered with distinct colors and dash patterns from
regular network cables.
