feat: Dokumentationen als Explorer-artigen Ordnerbaum anzeigen

Neue Standardansicht fuer "Dokumentationen" im Windows-Explorer/
Nextcloud-Stil: Ordner und Unterordner als aufklappbarer Baum mit
den zugehoerigen Dokumenten als Dateien darin, inkl. Live-Suche.
Die bisherige Tabellenansicht bleibt als "Listenansicht" erreichbar.
