feat: sync switch interface IP addresses

Browse Source 
Read IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from Aruba CX, ArubaOS-Switch, and HPE Comware interfaces, display and assign them in NetBox, and add robust Aruba 6100 LLDP detail parsing with table fallback.
