docs: add migrate/collectstatic steps to install and update

Browse Source 
Include the standard NetBox post-install commands (migrate,
collectstatic, remove_stale_contenttypes, clearsessions, restart) for
installation and updates so future plugin versions with models or static
files are covered.

Das Plugin hat weder Datenbankmodelle noch statische Dateien. `migrate` und `collectstatic` sind daher nicht nötig.
Die Befehle gehören zum üblichen NetBox-Ablauf nach jeder Plugin-Installation und laufen auch dann fehlerfrei, wenn es nichts zu tun gibt.
Die aktuelle Version hat noch keine eigenen Datenbanktabellen und keine statischen Dateien. Spätere Versionen können sie aber mitbringen.
