feat: redesign export form

Two-column layout with format toggle buttons, section tiles with short
descriptions and "Alle/Keine" per group, device roles/columns and rack
faces as toggle pills, option switches, device/rack cards dimmed when
their section is deselected and a sticky action bar.

Bump version to 0.1.1 (includes the rack elevation fix).
